This Privacy Policy describes how TrueCount Inventory Advisory, LLC, which operates CrewMargin (“CrewMargin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information in connection with the CrewMargin mobile app (the “Service”). The app collects no data. Records you enter stay on your device.

CrewMargin is business-to-business. Our customer is the cleaning company (Organization) that uses the Service. Hosts and other contacts you enter are usually people you already work with; you decide what to enter.
This version is a free on-device app. There are no accounts, no subscriptions, and no purchase data. We do not collect a name, email address, or payment information in order for you to use the app.
The app does not collect technical, analytics, or diagnostic data from you. Any analytics or crash tools added later will be listed here and in the store privacy labels before that build ships.
We do not require SSN or EIN. We do not collect payment card numbers.

Device loss or deleting the app can mean loss of those records unless you exported them.
If we later add an account or cloud sync, we will update this Policy and the in-app disclosure before turning it on.
We do not sell your personal information or your host contact lists. We do not use host lists to market to hosts on our own behalf.

Records stay on your device. We do not upload them to a payment processor, email service, host, or database.
When you enter host/client information:
For privacy requests about host data in your records: we cannot access or delete data that never left your device. The control is on the device, in the app.
We use safeguards appropriate to a small B2B app (access controls, vendor diligence). No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for device passcode / OS security for on-device data.
The app does not use cookies and does not sign you in. If a later version adds non-essential analytics, we will update this Policy and the store privacy labels before that build ships.
Apple requires Privacy Nutrition Labels. Those labels must match this Policy and the app binary. If we add analytics, crash reporting, or cloud sync, we will update both the labels and this Policy before shipping that build.
Depending on your state, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or to appeal a denial, subject to exceptions.
How to exercise: email crewmarginapp@gmail.com with subject “Privacy request.” We may verify you are the user. For on-device-only data we cannot access, we will explain device-side deletion steps.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
If we later serve EEA/UK users as a matter of course, we will update this Policy for GDPR/UK GDPR.
The Service is for business users only and is not directed to children under 16.
The Service is operated from the United States (Louisiana operator). If you access it from elsewhere, information may be processed in the US.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post a new Effective date and, for material changes, provide notice by email or in-app notice where appropriate.
